Audrey has an exceptional ability to get to the root of issues quickly and offers non-traditional approaches that go beyond talk therapy, including Relational Life Therapy and Brainspotting. Audrey is thoughtful, creative, and consistently invests in additional training to be the best therapist she can be. She works especially well with entrepreneurs and brings an outside-the-box perspective to her work. Audrey is also a true connector, often bringing members of the therapeutic community together, and she clearly has a heart for serving.
